Pounds For People

There are certain groups of people that I wish we could just round up like stray cats (i.e. hippies, the dhim-cong, PETA...) and put into pounds and have responsible people who will teach them proper manners, how to sit and shake hands and how to act when out in public...

Then if they aren't adopted in X amount of time we can just put them down...
